Elko County Commissioner Karr

Elko County Commissioner Jon Karr provided an update in county news and ongoing issues following the Wednesday, September 4th meeting. The county governing board hosted discussion on SB 316, now law, regarding access to public lands and travel across private lands. The Legislative Counsel Bureau provided an opinion on the new law and State Senator Ira Hansen who championed the bill was on hand to discuss it.
