Northeastern Nevada Museum Education Coordinator D’Ette Mawson describes ongoing museum events and activities highlighting local history and happenings. Among the attractions: “The Summer of Silver” in which the community has participated to renovate a 43-year-old exhibit celebrating the life of “Silver the Bald Eagle.” The museum is located at 1515 Idaho Street with numerous displays, a gift shop, art galleries and community spaces for special events.
