4/22/25 Elko Live - City Update

The City Council meets in regular session with an RDA meeting at 3 p.m. to award the Downtown Corridor Sidewalk Project. The council is poised to approve a $2.2 million reconstruction to begin this summer. The city council will hear several updates during the regular meeting including the Mayor’s Arts Awards recipients, a proposal from LASSO for a new animal shelter and a recommendation to construct a new City Hall on the existing City Hall site.
