Michelle Cromwell and Kim Longley discussed the Elko Pop Con Event opening Friday, August 9th through Saturday, August 10th at the Elko Convention Center. The event includes cosplay, contests, workshops, vendors, food and live entertainment and activities. The event coordinates with other community activities including the Northeastern Nevada Museum Friday Night Movie, “Never Ending Story,” and Second Saturday. The Elko DBA is also hosting a “Superhero Wine Walk,” for the 21 and over crowd on Saturday evening.
